John Foreman


John T. Foreman earned his bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of South Carolina, where he graduated cum laude. Foreman’s role at King Street Commercial is multi-faceted—he sources new development and businesses opportunities while underwriting insurance for all brokerage and development deals. In addition to his role as principal for King Street Commercial, Foreman is the co-founder and president of King Street Agency Insurance. Born in Charleston, he has meaningful ties to the people and businesses that choose to call the Lowcountry home.


Mike Shuler


Shuler graduated from Clemson University with a master’s degree in real estate development studies. A native Charlestonian, his successful leadership of King Street Commercial has been enhanced by his deep knowledge of the city’s unique municipal regulating and governing bodies. His experience and foresight are invaluable assets to investors and developers attempting to navigate the delicate geopolitical landscape of historic Charleston. With over 15 years of experience, Shuler has led King Street Commercial to be one of Charleston’s most dynamic boutique commercial brokerage and development firms.

Tim Weldon


Weldon earned his bachelor of arts from the College of Charleston, where he studied historic preservation and community planning. Upon graduation, he immersed himself in Charleston’s commercial real estate scene as director of marketing at NAI Batten & Moore before moving on to specialize in multi-family land and industrial sales and leasing. In 2011, he joined King Street Commercial and shifted his focus to retail, office and investment sales. Today he takes great pleasure in representing both local and national buyers and tenants.

Alex Ramsay


Ramsay is an alumnus of Wake Forest University’s Analytical Finance Program and Clemson University’s Masters in Real Estate Development Program. Prior to joining King Street Commercial, he was a member of the Clement, Crawford & Thornhill and Daniel Island Company Development teams. He prides himself on working with clients, from local individuals to national fund management groups, to secure high-yield investment and redevelopment opportunities in the Southeast. A member of the Carolina Yacht Club and Hibernian Society, among others, Ramsay is proud to call Charleston his home.
